Hopelands Coffee – Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
At Hopelands Coffee, we want you to enjoy every cup. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
Because coffee is considered a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used coffee bags. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund.
Items Eligible for Return or Refund
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrived damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was defective or compromised upon arrival.
- Your package never arrived (lost shipment).
To be eligible, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened coffee bags
- Perishable food products
- Gift cards
- Digital products (downloadable items)
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund isn’t showing:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
